The owner is a very nice guy and tries to make sure everyone has a nice experience. His wife is the best manicurist I have ever had and I will only let her touch my nails.

I have never had bad nails from sky nails I was always treated well and my nails was always the way I wanted them and the fixed them if needed to they are woundfull people

They are not about customer satisfaction. I told them i was not happy. They wouldn't even fix it. Went in for a repair only. It totally looks different from the rest of my nails. Was suppose to be an overlay and they put a tip in it which i didn't want. Its longer than my other thumb nail and instead of painting the tip white like the rest of my nail left it as tip. Totally unsatisfied. I told the owner...he just said "you no happy...you no pay" i said i understand you're busy but can i come back tomorrow and you fix it...he said no. I will take my money somewhere else. Do not go to sky nails.
