The local agent is friendly but not able to provide adequate service due to company restraints. The light bulb burned out that was in our unit. The previous owner always replaced it but Simply Self Storage's regional manager told me that not only were they not going to replace it but it I didn't like it, I could move. So I did. There are lots of storage options out there and you can find one that is more interested in providing you service.
