So far I have not had anything upholstered by them, but I plan to! Kim Sherrill was very kind on the phone when I was information seeking, ask me to send her a pic of the item that I was considering having reupholstered. I did that. She emailed me back promptly, telling me the yardage I would need, the cost of labor to reupholster and the pick up and delivery cost!! Very helpful information!! Count me in!!!
