Do NOT move here! The manager is a rude stuck up witch. She will show you an apartment, tell you a price, have you sign the paperwork, and then before you move in tell you the apartment rent is going up because they had to put in new carpet. I'm pretty sure that is illegal. And it is perfectly fine according to her if your neighbor has 3 loud dogs that bark 24/7 including the middle of the night and a cat that sits outside your bedroom window and yowls all night long. They are animals, what can you do? she asks if you complain about the neighbor's animals. They find everything they can to possibly fine you for. They're greedy and only care about how much they can milk you for. The apartments are built to midget scale and the cabinets are too short to put boxes of food such as hamburger helper or mac and cheese in. You might as well forget about cereal. The tub is child size. They won't fix anything and refuse to spray the apartment even if it is infested with ants when you move in. The manager will tell you to go buy Home Defense and spray the apartment yourself.
