Fantastic! Suzanne and all of the staff there made us feel right at home, treated us like we were important and did not try to 'sell' us. We'd been to several other places, including a few chain stores, Distinctive and a couple others and Shane had the most beautiful stones, the most caring staff all the way around, and actually showed us more than 2 or 3 diamonds. Their diamond prices were competitive, actually lower than the others too.

Closing time was 8p,we were there well past that, 8:35p and we had NO idea it was that late. Nobody tried to rush us. Their guarantee is far better than the other places too. We will never go anywhere else again!

I was in this store and the service was just OUTSTANDING! I don't know where the other person got that the people attack you because when you walk in all you see is a lobby. They really treated me with respect and let me make the decision. I did not feel pressured at all and the salespeople worked together to find me the style i was looking for. By far an A+ experience and I would recommend them to everyone. I have told 15 people today about my experience.

The associates "attack" you as soon as you walk in the door. They do not allow you to leave the store. The manager always talks to every customer and puts the pressure on. It was an awful experience and I wouldn't refer this place to anyone.
