Excellent Criminal Attorney

I have used Steve several times for myself and friends. He has always got the results that I asked for EXACTLY. If you are not making an unreasonable request....you'll get the results you ask for. He doesn't promise anything, which is a bit scary.....and he's not cheap but not over the top either. Usually $800 retainer and probably another $500 on a retainer if it doesn't go to trial. A couple of examples are that I was on house arrest at pre-trial....my public defender asked the judge 3x to have me released as I owned a home in the city, had children that attended school in the city and had never violated any type of court order......he was denied. Steve got involved and within an hour I was off house arrest, it was a pending felony and he had it reduced to a misdemeanor with just probation.......exactly what I asked for. Second incident that comes to mine was my ex facing auto theft charges........this was like his 3rd time facing them. (1st time they had 7 counts, that Steve had reduced to 1 with work release for 3 mo then probation). This time obviousally looking bad with this being his 3rd time........he walked in and offered the prosecutor a plea agreement.......prosecutor was cocky and said no that he was taking it all the way with this one. The prosecutor got up to speak and got done, Steve stood up and stated all the grounds that were circumstantial and showed why they didn't have a case and asked for it to be dismissed.....Judge dismissed.......(I so love this part)......as they're walking out he leans over to the prosecutor and says "should've took the plea I offered"..........cocky, yet compassionate for the law.......he's not going to lie for you in anyway, but he will fight for you. I would definetly recommend.......all the above charges were felony's and the worst was the 7 at once and I don't feel 3mo work release is a bad outcome for 7 pending felonies personally........it was what we asked to happen when he said he was going to have to offer something on it because there was too much evidence in that case. Sincerly, Satisfied Client
