Usually it takes at least 8 hours to get my hair done but Sally got me in and out in 4 hours!!!! My hair looks good would definitely recommend Sally's.

I had an appt at 9am the stylist did not start on my head until 920. I was told I would have two stylist working on my head but I had only one. She could not speak english so it was hard for me to explain what I wanted. She kept stopping so it was 1030 before she actually got started. Its now 1pm and I still have one stylist on my head. I was told it would take 5-6 hours for my hair to be finished. By the looks of things I will not be finished until after 8pm or later. The other stylist here have been on thr phone since they walked through the door yelling. The tv is on but I can't here it because their talking to loud on the phone. I'm very dissapointed and will not be returning.

Do not go to this salon. It is unlikely that any of the 'hairstylists' are trained, which means your hair will be braided too tight and you'll suffer a great deal afterwards (despite asking them to ease up on how much tension they are putting on your head). Search out true professionals and keep your hair (and scalp) beautiful. You're worth that much.
