I lived here for a year in 2011. Drug deals outside my apartment every day, I told the office they did not care. Someone tried to burn down my apt. building by setting newspapers on fire in hallway. Oh and I just saw on the news last week that there was another homocide at Salem Courthouse Apts.

I am on my third lease here at Salem Courthouse. I love it here and so does my mini Dachshund. We are right by 465 so it is easy and quick to get around town. Stores of all kinds are close by. Shop your heart out!!! But what makes this place so wonderful to me is the place it's self. There are woods all around. Ponds to. It is very beautiful any time of the year. I can not say enough about mangement and everyone who works here. They care, it's not just a job to them and that makes living here so much nicer still.
