Beautiful properties, however if you ever have an issue or problem needing immediate resolution you are out of luck. The corporate office does not return phone calls. The employees there work together to duck and hide from residents calling with urgent issues. Great place to live if you expect to never have a problem, bad if you do. Beware of water issues!
