I went with Roy after reading a lot of the past reviews.

He took care of the issues with my 8 year old heat pump, leaking coil outside. House is nice and cool again.....he will be coming back twice a year now for follow up, best thing to do to make sure everything is working correctly

I want to say thank you for such great service. We will be calling you for all our service needs. You could have done like another company did and try to get us to pay tons for a repair we didn't need. Instead you pointed out a lever that was partially shut off and that took care of our problem. See you in the spring for a tune up and thanks again!

I have an 18 seer high end heat pump with a comfortnet communicating thermostat. After having one of the larger heating and air companies make 3 repairs at a cost of over $1300, and set me up for more paid repairs, I called Roy Rogers. I gave them a rundown of the history, and they came out and rather than guess at what it needed, did a complete diagnosis of the system and found two easily correctable issues with the system. I also received a follow up call that evening to see how the system is running. Heat from heat pump at vent was 79, thermostat is set to 73. I now get 90 degrees plus at the vents which according to the manufactures is proper. The techs were very knowledgeable and were willing to spend the time to understand my system, rather than bill me and move on to the next job. They found a leak in the outdoor coil, and the cost to replace is about 1/2 half what the company with the TV campaign an yellow truck charge. And they said it wasn't leaking, and charged $1300, probably would have come back and charged again for that. I have a fair amount of a/c knowledge, and highly recommend Roy Rogers LLC as they will fix your issue at a reasonable price, and not try to mislead you. Service and Integrity are a hard combination to find these days.

I usually don't right these, but this company deserves to be recognized. Their service was great (they came out within an hour of my calling), the repairman was extremely professional, and they were very honest. The repairman even went as far as explaining everything he was checking just so I would feel at ease. Turned out that I had a squirrel stuck in my exhaust vent! Bummer! The technician removed the squirrel at no additional charge and it only costs me a service call. This is a great company that I will always recommend.

I am writing to bear witness to an extremely wonderful job done by Mr. Roy Rogers! I had called another company first, (who shall remain nameless, although very well known) and they couldn't come out for about 18 to 24 hours, and it was extremely cold out, temperatures in the single digits and wind-chill below 0! I thought about my pipes freezing with no heat in the house and turned to the internet and YP. I found Roy Rogers who called back and came out before dawn and fixed my furnace with the utmost quickness and professionalism. He is truly a life saver! I can't say enough good things about Roy and how he explained the situation and told me exactly what was going to be needed and the cost. He "stuck to his guns" and completed the job, in a couple of hours, advising me of what to expect and possible discounts for a new furnace. I am a thoroughly happy customer and gladly recommend "Roy Rogers Heating & Air" to everyone in Indianapolis and the surrounding counties! The price was less than expected and I was thrilled to pay him just for getting the heat going again. He will come back in the spring to do my A.C unit as well. If you want the best, call Roy Rogers, forget the rest. I am truly a fan!

First time I called thanks for all the reviews they were helpful. Roy was very nice explained everything he found a spider web clogging my tube going into furnace he fixed did carbon test also...Thanks Roy...I will be calling again for him to come out and clean furnace next time...I would recommend him to everyone. AGAIN THE SERVICE WAS PROMPT, EXCELLENT AND REASONABLY PRICED. I WOULD RECOMMEND ROY TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS.

Roy was very prompt, thorough, and informative. In addition to servicing our furnace for the winter, he recommended we install a digital thermostat since our thermostat was old, and he explained ways we could keep our home at a more consistent temperature. We were very pleased with his service!

Roy Rogers Heating and Air will be the only call I will ever make in the future regard HVAC, air filtration and other home comfort needs. Roy and his entire crew were professional, did what they said they were going to do, explained the work and the functions of the new unit and were polite and courteous. After calling 6 other companies, Roy was the only one who truly wanted our business. He worked around our hectic schedules and worked with us on the right unit for the job. He was a pleasure to work with and he exceeded our expectations. The workmanship was top drawer and the clean up after the job was great. Absolutely no reservations about this company, only high praised.

Not only did they save me a lot of money on the installation of a new A/C and furnace, but Roy was friendly, responsive, and did absolutely everything he said he would do. He even answered his phone after hours and took the time to listen to our issue and respond in a courteous and knowledgeable manner. It is so refreshing to find someone with integrity, who can instill trust and peace of mind in this day and age. The man who sells it is the man who installs it and that made us a lot more comfortable than being “sold” by one person and installed by another. We could not be more pleased with Roy Rogers’ service. It will be the only all you need to make. If we could have given 6 stars, we would have. Called Roy Sunday night and he would have been out that night, but I was fine waiting until Monday. He arrived ahead of schedule and began troubleshooting, didn't mind me standing over his shoulder, and in fact encouraged that i know everything he is doing. After determining what i feared most, compressor failure, Roy gave me options, with associated costs and risks of each and in no way tried to convince me that I spend more money or sell me more than what i needed. We agreed on the job, he left for parts and returned to complete the job. Roy reviewed everything with and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The price, i felt was very fair, and had no problems paying it. And cost is not what its all about. There were small details all during the job that proves that. I now have cold air, and a new HVAC service provider thats values quality, character and work ethics. Thanks Roy.

Our air just went out on the hottest week of the year. Roy was able to get out to our place in a very timely fashion, had it fixed and ready to go very quickly, and was very reasonably priced and very professional. I would highly recommend!!

I learned a very good lesson today. Call the best first! Our central a/c went out, for a month i had a handy man working on it. Replaced all parts and still no a/c. I called Roy Rogers after reading his reviews. I explained that i have medical conditions that I can not be without the a/c in 90 degree heat. He came out at end of the day and had it running in 2 minutes. His prices were very fair. I will not call anyone else. A BIG THANK YOU to Roy Rogers!

I called in the morning because my Mothers A/C went out and it was scorching out, Roy was booked up but he promised that he would get to her before the end of the day. Someone was at her house before noon and had it fixed by 1!!! And at an extremely reasonable price!!!! I would definitely recommend this company!!!!!

I will never go with big name companies again for service. Friendly, affordable, and since I am new to home ownership he provided me with education on my system. He even came out on a Sunday! Can't thank him enough. I will be a repeat customer!

Very reasonably priced and very friendly. Explained what he was doing step by step. Gave a us estimate up front and it was much less than what I was expecting.

called him to look at my ac unit and he came out the same day and had all the parts he needed in his truck to fix it. i will always use him. his is very fair on his prices also!!
