Called for an emergency appt. and got a quick response and prompt service. Roy himself showed up for the service call. Walked me through and showed where the problems existed. Would recommend to anyone in need of service.

Called Roy at 11:30 with air condition not working. By 3:30 even with parts needed all my problems where taken care of. Nothing but true Professionalism from he and his crew.

The house I recently purchased had the central air unit replaced by the prior owner just a few weeks before I moved in. Four weeks later, the AC failed, the coil was ice covered. I did a google search hoping to find a competent repairman in the area , and found Roy Rogers LLC to be highly rated on reviews, so I called. Even though he was booked up for the day, he worked me in after his last call. He checked the system thoroughly and found a refrigerant leak due to faulty welding at the outside unit. He repaired the leak then did further testing to be sure that resolved the problem and that the unit was working and cooling properly, and gave me a 1 year warranty on his repair.

Mr Rogers is very professional, thorough, courteous; explained the problem and repairs needed in great detail. He gave me an estimate before starting work, his rates are reasonable and did not exceed his estimate. I'll be calling him again for the pre-winter furnace check .

I had a great experience with Roys services, & would certainly use him in the future. Prompt, & knowledgeable, & well-priced! I didn't feel like he was trying to get over on me. I had a concern after the service, & he was willing to come back to ensure everything was okay. I appreciate good business!

What does Quality in Service mean these days? When was the last time a service tech left your home and you said "I really trust that guy!"? Roy hasn't forgotten what Quality in Service means.

I needed a new AC and Furnace in my home. I had called several companies to give me quotes, but after I met Roy, I canceled the other quotes. Roy had the best price and more important, I felt he was being honest and professional with me. He told me exactly what really did and did not need done.

My night started out with frozen ice completely covering my A\C condenser. I work night shift and was very anxious to get home to find someone to repair it then I was pulled over by the police for speeding ! I was like Im having a BAD day but thanks to the nice officer which I would name but couldn't find it on my warning he gave me was GOD sent! He gave me the name to Roy Roger to fix my problem and boy did my luck turnaround!!! I called Roy in a panic and he came to my rescue. He was professional compassionate and knowledgeable about my unit. If you ever need heating and air service call Roy not only did he fix my problem he educated me on my unit. Thanks ROY I will tell everyone I know about you if they need your service.

Roy Rogers Heating and Air is a truly awesome company. I just had them put in a new furnace (ancient one I had finally gave out), and duct system. Roy is honest, reasonable and holds to his word. If you have heating or air needs Roy is the only number you will need, or should call.

After reading the reviews on YP I contacted Roy to look at my furnace to respond to a home inspection review. He was very through about the condition of the furnace and water heater venting. I would highly recommend Roy for service and if you want a reasonable quote on a new system. He didn't just say you need a new furnace. He goes over everything with you and lets you know what is the condition of your equipment is. I agree with the majority of the other reviewers - 5 star service!

If you need service, there is no other contractor in my book other than Roy Rogers Heating and Air. I had them out right before winter and they found a real mess of wiring issues which prevented our heater from working. This winter has been really nice to live through and our heating bill has been incredibly low because of their work. I will be having them out in the Springtime to get my A/C working.

I heard about Roy from my wife's friend and called him mid afternoon. They came to my house, diagnosed the problem, went to pick up the parts and had my heat back on all within 1 hour 45 minutes. Roy is very was very honest, and took the time to explain what he was doing and what I should do moving forward relative to heating my house to save money. His price was very reasonable too!! very professional and curtious! I called this morning expecting at some point today maybe even tomorrow someone would be out to look at my heater. He was here in 10 minutes! That's amazing! He could have put me at the bottom of the list but he was in the area and came right out! He made me feel really so comfortable, he explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. I called Roy yesterday and he came and fixed my heat in less than an hour today. He is honest and reasonably priced. Great customer service.

I am very very happy today after not having a working furnace for over a year I called Roy Rogers Heating and Air and he was at my door within an hour and heat was on within 30 mins and is still running. I was amazed at the affordable cost, the explanation on how the furnace worked and why it didnt work along with a great price quote for a new one which i will be needing real soon. I am so thankful for this man and his company that i was near tears with gratitude. I was more than impressed with his knowledge and work as i had had 2 people here looking at my furnace 1st one said mother board and 2nd said he had no idea. Ha.....Roy had it within mere moments. Again thank you Roy you are the best and recommend your services to whoever out there needs affordable work on heating or cooling.

Sitting here listening to my furnace purr like a kitten...Thank you Roy for getting us ready for another Indy winter. I would highly recommend calling Roy because he takes time to explain everything and doesn't try to overcharge. You can tell he is passionate about taking care of the customer and you feel like you're talking to a friend of the family. He did exactly what he said he would do at the times he said it would be done. I loved seeing the pictures he took of parts that were damaged. Great experience. I thought customer service was dead but he is proof that it is alive and well!!

I am very pleased with this company as Roy was reliable, punctual, and very repectful in my home. Roy not only was extremely informative, and attetive to his job. He took the time to ensure that there was no mess left behind and that I understood how the new unit worked as he was to completely replace an old furnace. 5 stars given and would recommend this company to everyone.

I contacted Roy after having a large, commercial vendor take a look at our failed A/C. Roy actually spent time looking at our system before offering us some options, as opposed to the commercial response of, "It doesn't work? It's more than 10 years old? No point in looking at the unit, I will have the sales staff contact you about a new HVAC. Oh, and here's our service fee for coming out to your house to tell you that." Roy had us up and working shortly after arriving and at substantially less than we had been quoted by other firms. When we ARE ready to replace our HVAC, we will be working with Roy Rogers Heating & Air.

Roy came out and did a great job. I feel like I found a friend that I can call anytime to help with my HVAC.
