The company is a glowing example of quality and good service.
They arrived as promised at 9.00 am. Dressed in company uniform and driving company trucks with logo. They were courteous, informative and worked meticulously. Roy, Brad and Mike showed great respect and care for our property not just inside but outside as well.
Throughout the day the crew even took a few minutes of their time to acknowledge my 12 year old yellow lab. With that being said, they made certain to close doors behind them so he would not escape.
Once install was completed they tested units to insure they functioned properly and to expectation. They instructed my husband on how to use our new thermostat, and cleaned all areas where they had been working. I am more than happy not just as a customer but as a small business owner to refer this company to anyone who is looking to hire a heating & air company.

Mr Rogers is fantastic. Installed my new a.c. unit and I couldn't be happier. It works great, is more energy efficient, less noisy. In fact I can hardly tell it's running. My old unit sounded like a plane or train. The trans he installed is whisper quiet.

Mr Rogers himself is a reliable and knowledgeable person. He's honest and fair priced rare in a lot of people these days. He also has a great personality which just adds to the joy of dealing with a bad a.c. unit.

Mr quick will not touch my a.c. ever again.

After trying two other companies we have chosen Roy Rogers Heating and Air as our HVAC company.
If Roy Rogers is not your HVAC company, you need to re-think the possibilities.
Roy and his team just installed my new HVAC system and did an incredible job.
My old unit (14 years) was on its last leg, we decided to just upgrade to new higher efficiency system instead of making costly repairs to the old one. The new system is so much quitter and we can’t wait to see our next month’s energy bill to start the savings.
Roy went way above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and installed in the new system in the rain when he could of just cancelled and postponed to another day.
Roy and his team are very polite, honest, on time, cleaned up and took the extra time to educate us on the new system which included two new WiFi thermostats which was very new to us on use.

Roy is my go to guy from now on! Extremely knowledgeable, professional and very kind. He was able to help me about an hour after I called, since my AC unit decided to show the white flag. I was too afraid to handle the blown capacitor to my unit and fixed, cleaned and showed my tips and tricks to help maintain my unit moving forward.

Our aging air conditioner stopped working a few weeks ago. A technician came out quickly and repaired it at a reasonable price. Then it went out again a few weeks later. I called Roy and he sent out a technician within a couple of hours. The Technician, Wes, and another technician found the problem quickly and fixed it at no charge! They were polite and efficient! I am extremely happy with their service. I will definitely call them again with any future heating and air problems.

My furnace went out. I called Roy, he said he'd be here in a few hours. He was and had the problem fixed within an hour. And didn't charge me a fortune. Thank you Roy!

My heat went out the coldest part of this month and I had one company out 4 times and they could not fix my furnace! I had another company come out and immediately did not trust them. Two more individuals came out and STILL no heat. Actually the last person that came out before Roy Rogers referred me to Roy Rogers! After I paid him way too much for nothing, he hooked me up with Roy Rogers and even stated that he would pay for the service call. In his own words he said that Roy...."is a lot better than I am".. Roy came and without any pomp and circumstance, told me that I needed a new furnace. After $1200.00 for nothing, I finally got someone to be completely honest with me. Roy and his crew came out, gave me state of the art equipment for a very fair price and he's my guy for any and all future furnace issue. Thank you Roy Rogers for your prompt and efficient service. I am so glad that I found you! Even if it took me "going around laura's house" to do it.

Our HEAT went out and we called Roy Rogers. He was at our house in less than one hour and provided the best service ever.

Roy told me that my motor went out and he didn't have a brand new one to install because the place was closed. Roy immediately remembered that he had one back at the shop that we could borrow. Roy was not horsing around because a few hours later he was back at my house and within minutes we had HEAT.

Now that's what I call excellent customer service.

Imagine that it is 3 degrees outside. Further, imagine that you’ve returned to your house after a short vacation to find that it is 48 degrees inside your home! That is exactly what happened to my wife and I—and on New Year’s Eve of all days. We were convinced we’d need to spend the night in a hotel, because let’s face it, who would actually drive to our home and service our furnace at 7:00pm on a Sunday night? Luckily for us, my wife just happened to do a quick online search and came across Roy Roger’s name so we took a shot and gave him a call. Not only did Roy offer to help us out, he was actually at our home in less than an hour from when we called! When he arrived, I braced myself for the premium price I was sure waited for us. However, after spending just a few minutes following Roy and watching him work, it became clear that he was one of the few “good ones” out there. I guess I’ve just grown used to the hassle of dealing with shady contractors and the outrageous prices they charge, I have come to assume they are all the same. That wasn’t the case at all with Roy. I can say with confidence that he truly cares about his customers and about providing them with value and quality service. Can’t say enough good things about him. Just wish I could extend the same kindness and courtesy that Roy showed us. Hopefully this review is a step in that direction. Thanks, Roy!!

Roy was very patient with all of the questions I asked prior to even setting up an appointment ! He arrived exactly when he said he would and allowed me to observe the whole repair of my furnace- describing in detail what he was doing and why it was necessary. We had a great experience with both Roy and his employee Wes. They fixed the issue with our A/C unit on the same day we called them out. And the customer service aspect was fantastic! They were compassionate and caring, and Roy really wanted to make sure the job was done right. We would recommend to anyone for sure!

I met Roy for the first time at the Indianapolis Home Show about 18 months ago. I asked a few questions and he gave me straightforward answers. I recently needed service on my home AC on a weekend. Roy came on a Saturday morning and had my AC running well in less than 1 hour. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it in a way that I easily understood. I'll call him again when needed and recommend him to others.

The best! I have tried 4 other HVAC companies in the last 2 years. Roy was the most honest and carrying ,times 10. He spent over an hour after the install, making sure everything worked right. He even offered tips on how to make our second unit more efficient. I will suggest this company to everybody I know.

The Ac on a house I just purchased was not working properly. I searched for a close repair person based on positive reviews. I called Mr. Rogers and he got me scheduled. He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He went straight to my problems, gave me a quote and went straight to work. Had us up and running in no time. He's coming g back to service my furnace for the winter. I have recommended him to my family and friends.

We had to get a new air handler and heat pump. They came Monday night for an estimate and were able to install it Thursday. They were very professional and You can tell they rally care about their customers and they also stand behind their work and the product they installed. I know if I have any problems I can call them. They made sure not to make a mess in our house and cleaned up everything. Roy called the next day to check and make sure We were satisfied.Our unit is working great it is really hot outside and it is definitely keeping up. I would call Roy and his son for any HVAC needs he is honest, reliable, and I am really confident that the work he did will last and the product as well. The quality of his equipment as well as the work and knowledge for the price we paid cannot be beat.

My mother had her heating and air conditioner replaced not to long ago. Roy and his team were very respectful and got the job done quickly. He explained what needed to be done and gave her a nice price for both units. Because of the Great Service by Roy and his team, My husband and I decided to call them when we started to have trouble with our heating system. We also had our heating and air replaced and received the same Great service. Honest, good people... and we very much appreciate all that they have done. Not only did they provide great service but they have picked up the Phone every time we have called. We were not put on hold or sent to voice mail. Very good Customer Service. We were in Indy from out of town as exhibitors in a trade show at the fairgrounds and we rented a house through VRBO. When we arrive at the house at the end of the day we found the heating in the house was not working, (just blowing cold air). After contacting the property manager regarding the issue, they contacted Roy Rogers and he arrived at the house at the appointed time. Roy took the time to discuss the issue/problem with us and the property manager, (who was not present at the house). He worked quickly and had the heat restored in very short order, replacing a critical component, (even writing his name and the date on the component). When he found out we were from out of town and renting the property for the duration of the show, 3-days), he told us he would return and fix the issue at no cost, (to the property owners), to ensure we had heat. Roy even went as far as texting me several times for the duration of time we were Indy to ensure we were good with heat. Roy is a good/honest man and a true professional and craftsman in his trade. I wish I had professional of his caliber in the area I live to trust with all my heating and A/C needs. 5-STARS, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thanks Roy.

I live out of state and my mothers furnace broke down. She ended up calling another company and they gave her an outrageous quote for a new furnace and she agreed to have it installed the next day. About two hours later I found out about it and put a stop to that one really quick as I knew from the price they were taking advantage of her. I called Roy Rogers after reading all the positive reviews. Roys team was at my mothers house within 30-45 minutes and worked on her furnace for several hours to get her back on. They told her in detail what was wrong and told her they did get the furnace going but it was on its last leg. She ended up purchasing a new Furnace and A/C unit from them and they did not charge for the 3 hours of work they did that day. The quote Roy gave was $4,500 cheaper than the other company that was trying to rip her off. Thank God for this honest company -- I am truly happy that I called them.

I finally needed to replace my 23 year old furnace and was not happy with my current HVAC service provider so I started shopping around. I knew I wanted a Trane system so started at the trane.com website and saw that Roy Rogers was an authorized provider. I read their YP and Angie's List reviews and was impressed with what I saw so I contacted them. Dustin called me back within an hour and by that afternoon was at my door to take a look, answer my questions and provide me with a solution. I compared them to other larger installers and decided I wanted to give them my business. The installation went very smoothly, they were on-time and met every promise. There was a hiccup in the furnace the first night but Roy came right back out and within 15 minutes, problem solved. No issues since and it has been running great. I would highly recommend these folks for anyone looking to maintain or replace their HVAC system.

My air conditioner went out this past Saturday night. It was a very hot weekend. I called Roy Rogers HVAC Sunday figuring I might be able to get an early week appointment. Instead Roy made it to my home on Sunday and quickly repaired the problem. I was very pleased with the service I recieved and would call him again for service.
