They sit the residents around the tv and make them watch shows like Fresh Prince of Bel Air as they ignore them. In the past there were problems with staff stealing residents items. At one point I heard the director making fun of one of the resident's weight, as he was being brought into the facility. Poorly managed. I would recommend letting my loved one sleep on the street before I would send them to this place.
