Worst experience for car repair I've ever had. Kept my ride for over a week then told me to take it to a dealer, that he couldn't figure out the problem. (check engine light on). When I picked it up over 300 miles had been put on, cigarette/cigar ashes everywhere. Burn mark on the fabric on a backseat door. Dirty bootprints on passenger dash. I also found a mascara brush and empty lighter on the floor!! They obviously were driving the car for personal use. Took the car to Pat's Monon automotive repair on 54th st. Dropped it on Mon. had it back Wed. fixed and he only had to drive it around the block twice! I'm not one to complain but RON"S is NOT a reputable business. I regret taking my ride there. Go to Pat's for good reliable service.

I trust no other auto repair company but Ron's Quality Auto Repair. The owner Ron Simmons is not only professional but he shows much care to his customers. On the few occasions I've had to had my car repaired, even though there is a waiting period, I've witnessed first hand the care Ron shows his customers. Two impressive examples I witnessed was him buying/offering lunch to customers waiting for their vehicles to be finished and him giving his customers rides to their home if they do not want to wait at the shop. Free of charge. I've never witnessed or experienced such amazing customer service skills within an auto repair shop. Ron Simmons is also very honest about what needs repaired and does not overcharge or give ridiculous rates for his services. An honest man who truly cares about his customers and doing business honestly. Most importantly he is an expert at auto repair!!
