Best roadside repair services I've ever had! The tech was quick and came equipped with computer diagnostics and all the tools he needed to get the job done quickly. Zero hassles and very professional! I'll be using them frequently since I come through their way often and hope to get better deals as a repeat!!

When I called them, I told them what the issue is, that I need a lower radiator hose, and they told me that they keep hoses in stock. After few hours they called and told me truck is done. 878.76 bill!!!! When I asked them why is that much, they said that they had to look for the hose and when they did, they charged me 123.30 for it. Volvo sells for 30.43 (Volvo Part#20582185), and if they have told me that they didnt have it, I could have called Volvo and paid for the part, but they didnt do it on purpose!

Lady that was in charge, was rude and she told me that Owner would call me. She wouldnt give me his name or phone number because according to her, he doesn't want to be bugged with phone calls.

If you're down and in need of a repair DOT NOT CALL these people. They do no honor their word, they have inexperienced techs who milk the clock at $100 an hour in our case $230 because of their evening rate. A $200 repair ended up costing $800 and the owner Brooke Bussberg is unethical and unprofessional. Do your self a favor and call someone else for help!
