Let me start off by saying: I would rather cut off one of my fingers than move back into this place. Worst place I have every lived, and I have lived in more than my share of "ghetto" places in the US. The office staff are about as bad at customer service as Comcast. Don't ever think that because a person on staff told you something on the phone, that it is true. Found out the hard way that unless it is in writing it does not count. This applies to the simplest maintenance problem, and to important info about the lease. Even if you record the calls, they have it written into the lease that it does not count unless written.



You will see new faces in the office all the time because the turnover at this place is quicker than McDonalds. Probably because to work here you have to lie to residents every time you pick up the phone. Managers turn over just as quickly and lie just as frequently. Don't let them fool you with the "New Management" bs, same people own the place. Same aging appliances. Same shady way of doing business.



Maintenance men are hired and fired just as quickly. Every time there is an issue with the apartment, they will tell you that the maintenance department is also under new management, and that they are short staffed. They forget what lie they told you, so you will get the same story year after year.



The buildings are aging poorly and no money is being put into them. They are just running the property into the ground and taking your rent. Many of the buildings have fire alarm systems that do not work. When we had a fire on the lawn, we had to go door to door to tell our neighbors to get out. The fire alarm never went off. The fire alarm would however, go off at random times throughout the night when there was no fire. Heat and AC frequently break and we have waited as long as 2 weeks in the summer for AC repair. Air filter was not changed for the two years that I lived there.



To sum it up:

Would cut off finger in order to never deal with these people again.

Shady office staff. Dangerous buildings. No accountability. This place will make you contemplate suicide.

I currently reside at these aparments. Today I wrongfully had my truck towed and they are sueing me for unpaid rent, late fees, and legal fees on an account that I have paid up on. These are so incompetent that they can not keep track of whether or not you paid or not.. such as my case where I am getting sued for not paying rent this april when I gave them a check on the 2nd that my bank shows that they cashed on the 5th. The records they mailed me showed that they didn't get anything. Like the other review said this place is shaddy. Look elsewhere, you don't want to live here.

i would like to say that it is too bad that you actually have to give at least one star, these apartments are rediculious.

they have mold in thier bathrooms, the entire apartment stinks! whenever i moved in i couldn't really tell this because of the fact that they had just laid new carpet and the glue covered up any smell!!! i told them 3 times about the mold and the first time someone came outt o look at it he said it was just dust!!! green dust??? ha, the 2nd time i told them about it the guy said the apartment flooded above me a long time ago and just take some bleach and it will go away. ok the 3rd time? i gave up. i turned my notice in. but because i was so close to being through with the lease i went ahead and paid for the stupid apartment even though i was not even living there. it was going to cost me more to break the lease than to just pay rent for the remaining 2 1/2 months and pay for a 2nd apartment. but it was money well spent. i would much rather spend double rent in order to get out of that germ infested, outdated, death trap than to keep living there. they are shady about their billing! be very weary about this place. and get a tetenus shot before you move in.
