After working at various restaurants and country clubs in Indianapolis IN, Rene Trevino wanted to provide stellar European-style breads and pastries at a price and in a way that everyone could enjoy. With a deep breath, Rene Trevino opened Rene's Bakery, Inc on March 12, 2004. With a small staff (of ONE!), the bakery started with a handful of products to sell. Over time, Rene has added staff and product.
