Worst service I've ever had from any company today marks the fourth time they have failed to keep an appointment rescheduled for next Saturday but I'm betting they don't show again they always have some kind of excuse the only reason they got a one star rating is that was as low as I could give them

I suspect that all "Rainsoft of Indiana" are run by the same owners, they keep changing their business names/places/phone numbers to avoid their business follow through. I had purchased their Rainsoft water treatment system in Jan 2015 by them coming door-knocking sales tactics. I had paid $5,600 for the system including 5-yr worth free soaps. I was told I should receive an e-mail for free soap later. Well now in June, I had never received such an e-mail. I had contacted and complained about my free soap to both RS Headquarter and this dealer. RS HQ couldn't do much other than contacting the dealer on behalf of me for a free soap. When I called the dealer in mid/June, they said I should receive an e-mail in 2 days for ordering the soap, and if I didn't receive such an e-mail, I should call him again. I didn't receive an e-mail, so called. My phone was not picked up, so I left a message. I had waited 5 more days for the dealer to contact me to solve this problem, but I wasn't contacted. So after waiting 5 days, I called again. This time, my call was picked, and he said he was waiting a call back from "Josh" the soap guy so that I could order my soap. He also said "Josh" should call him back right in a minute, so he would then call me back right away, and this should be really "right away". Well, he didn't call me at all. So after waiting another week, I called him only finding the phone number(s) was/were no longer in service. As other reviewers mentioned about this business (with a different business address), please be aware, this business is not trustworthy. Owners keep switching the names of the registered owner to avoid being identified as all RF of Indiana are all the same owners.
