This is the company of Sherrie Stevens/Southerland, company formally known as Just Water. This company is known to put old models and parts from pervious homes then install them as new. Sherrie is operating under her son's name Donnie M. She is known to jump from business to business due to her inability to do proper business with customers. Leaving people with systems that do not operate properly or not at all, you have been warned. Unfortunately, my aunt was one of their victims. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Go to their Just Water page on Angie's List. She's out to rip people off. She's a strategically, uneducated, con artist. Had to leave this review in good conscious when I learned she was back in business yet again.

Annoying and should be illegal sales tactics. Left a note on my door saying I missed a package from them. RainSoft did not give the name of their company. Called to learn more about the package and got a sales pitch from RainSoft. Told them I was not interested and said their sales idea of saying I missed receiving a package was terrible. There was no package to receive and their sales personnel began calling me nightly, even though I told them I wasn't interested. They kept saying they were contacting me because "someone in my neighborhood had referred me because of the condition of water in our neighborhood." I should have asked what neighbor referred me and bitched them out. RainSoft kept calling me until I told them I was going to report them to the BBB and the Attorney General of Indiana. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RAINSOFT UNLESS THEY GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER!
