NEVER give this place a credit card number. They never filed with insurance so I placed a call on 1/18/16 to request a resubmission to my insurance company. They took my information and agreed to do so. I went ahead and made an earnest payment of $50 on a $ 694 bill. Knowing insurance would pay at least half this was an attempt to pay something while it was resubmitted. I approved ONLY the $50 but they took te entire 604 balance. Needless to say they are being sued. These people are not to be trusted with card numbers.
