I have been to about six different classes. The training facility is very nice and clean. They provide a comfy lounge area, along with beverages and snacks. However, the cost is very high for the simple training you get and the staff act like they are Masters of the Universe and treat people like they are children; very, very strict about time and use of cellphones (even checking email in class, although it disturbs no one). They think business people should stop doing their jobs when training. Unfortunately, I don't have that option. Why do I go back? ONLY because my company pays for the training and it gets me out of the office. If I had to spend my money on the classes, I'd tell them to stick it.
