Premiere Credit employee's are rude and offer no help when you contact them. They want to do a wage garnishment against me but have no evidence for the amount they say I owe.

they say they have my student loan, they want to set up repayments, thats fine , but want my CC or bank acct info over the phone and will not provide any agreement BEFORE repaying? they will send paperwork AFTER i give my CC oir bank acct? is this legal?

Premier collection has seized my Social Security disability income, leaving me with no income whatsoever. I do not have a car. The tax bill was from 2011, I do not owe this amount.

Premier collection has seized my Social Security disability income (a total of $1400/month) leaving me with no income whatsoever. I am in a wheelchair and do not have a car. The tax bill was from 2005, prior to my disability and I am not even certain if I legitimately owe the amount. How can such people be so cold-hearted?
