I was charged $130 every time I went to get the $400 shoe inserts adjusted and was never told there was a charge for the adjustments. Was even billed for an “ultra sound” $250 that I never had done so they took it off my bill since they had no proof it was done. So how many other people are getting billed for things not done? If I hadn’t looked at what claims had been processed through my ins company I wouldn’t have know about this charge or the $130 I was charged for 3 different adjustments until I got their statement. When I asked the doctor why I was getting charged for the adjustments he said “I don’t know what your insurance pays for because we have contracts with many companies.” He still didn’t say why he charges for the adjustments when several people I spoke with that have had shoe inserts never got charged for their adjustments. Totally unhappy with this place and their lack of caring. If I had known I was being charged $130 for ever adjustment I would have stayed in the office and got them adjusted again until they felt right before I left but all they said was come back if this doesn’t work all along knowing they were charging me $130!!
