I know how they tried me the service is poor seems like almost all the employees bring there personal problems to work with them and take it out on the donors they restroom are damaged no water ever or soap they are very unprofessional and i notice how dirty the place is i even seen roaches there someone needs to report them to the bbb.poor service and not friendly we as donars should feel comfy with what we are doing but we aren't they need to treat donors with respect unfortunately thats not happening eney time soon they should shut that place down.i refused to donate after i was discriminated againt its ok these things happen its american way i guess

needs better personnel who's willing to work instead of socialize. also too much attitude when communicating with patients.
