Terrible!

The Pier 1 on S. Emerson Ave in Indianapolis has the most unfriendly customer service I have ever experienced. Every time my husband and I go on there, the same rude sales associate is there and makes you feel as if she hates for you to be shopping there. She sighs and then treats you as if you are on a hearing when she snaps at you "phone number???" and "email address???" at the check out counter. Just a horrible experience every time. Why is this rude customer service allowed to continue by management at this store???
