Take your money and run, far away.

When you first call to speak with someone in the office you will be treated very great, staff and management will completely change their tune once you've signed your lease and given your money away. The only positives to this complex was the free cable and the maintenance staff. It ends there though.

Safety- this community boasts of their security and night patrol, however the night patrol just sits at the main office all night, I have set outside many nights, all night, and they never move. They also have "unmarked" security, but it is also useless. The lighting in the community is lack-luster, I never felt safe while I lived in the community. Just look at the crime rate map on IMPD.

Noise- these apartments might as well have paper mâché for walls.

Construction- these apartments were great from the outside (see a trend?), however inside there will be many, many, many problems.

Grounds- The complex TRIES. However, if you have neighbors who smoke and don't care about the grounds, be prepared to have cigarette butts everywhere. The staff will not attempt to help the situation either.

Pets- A great feature of the complex is the pet policy, at first. However you get completely robbed.

Staff- the biggest joke of all. Very, very racist.

I can't even begin to give all the reasons of why Zidan needs to do an over-haul.

Also, you will not get your deposit back.

I've lived here for 5 years and I must say, this place is great! it didn't used to be this way, but then the management changed and this place got it's act together! I've never wanted to live anywhere else. SERIOUSLY this is the BEST apartment in Indianapolis! It's so close to everywhere I want to be, and the apartments are nice, I'm definitely not nervous about bringing anyone over to my place.
