Waited a long time for my food and I ordered chicken with broccoli.....they didn't even put chicken in it! Never going there again.

I eat here quite often while working. Very professional and the girl who answers the phone is very sweet. She always knows my order before I give it. Delivery takes a while although no one else delivers in the area besides Jimmy Johns. I keep coming back for the customer service and delicious food. Thank you Peking.

I called the establishment this evening around 4:30pm and someone answered saying "what" and i ignored it and asked, " Do you have a buffet this evening?" They answered " NO!!" and then immediatley hung the phone up on me. I called back immediatley and again the "WHAT!!" I said "excuse me sir but why was I hung up on?" then immediatley they hung up on me again. So curious i called back agiain right away and they just picked up then hung up with no talking almost instantly. So I called back feeling that they were being very unprofessional and wanting to talk to management and they answer, " Who is it" sounded very rude and I asked "is there a manager or someone I can talk to that is in charge?" They responded " F*ck you no need manager, I f*ck you now!" I hung up instantly after that appalled. I dont understand why anyone would talk to potential customers that way. I will probably call the BBB. Please regard how they treat people before dining at this establishment.
