Purchased a groupon for a bff mani pedi. Was separated from my bff for two hours while getting the worst mani pedi ever. Apparently the chair broke so they can't do bff mani pedis? When I talked to the lady at the front desk about it, she talked to the manager. He said he would ALLOW me to buy another groupon.

I went here after getting a groupon for a laser treatment. the first 3 treatments were fine and then they hired some new lady that claimed to be a "professional" she ruined my face!! I went in to do my upper lip and she put goggles on my face so I couldn't see anything. she ended up completely ruining my face. i have awful scars all over my cheeks. After the laser treatment, the skin was peeling off, you could see the muscle and pus was oozing out. it was soo painful. It has been 3 weeks since my last treatment. and I still have awful scars. I would give this place a negative rating if i could. When told the manager what happened, he saw my face and said sorry, but he wasn't liable for anything. I still look at my face and want to cry.
