Pat responded to my call quickly in the event of rainy weather. He took a long, good look at the sump pump, trying to figure out why it was failing. He was very patient with me, communicating through writing notes as I am deaf myself. He even bothered to explain why the pipe for discharging water was not good and why it needed to be replaced. To sum it up, I have not seen any honest worker, like Pat, before and I was very pleased with his work. Highly recommended!

Expert drain cleaning at the lowest cost in Indy: I called Pat in regard to cleaning my main drain which was completely clogged. I got an answering service and even though I didn't leave a message, Pat called me back in short order. His price quote was much lower than the well known cleaning services in Indianapolis. He was able to come across town immediately and within minutes of arrival was working on the drain. I watched him go through a difficult T-pipe with ease and in no time the tree roots in my drain were removed. In talking with Pat I discovered that he had 10+ years experience working with a big drain-cleaning service before striking out on his own. I will certainly call him the next time I need a drain cleaned.

We’ve had Pat out to take care of two projects for our basement pump systems, and he did a great job each time. He was very prompt, got the job done efficiently, cleaned things up afterwards, and was much more affordable than the larger companies that handle similar jobs. He also offered advice on how to care for the devices and things to look out for in the future. Will use him in the future, and highly recommend his services.

Pat is fantastic! We’ve used his services multiple times and always been very satisfied. He does a great job, he’s the one we always call when we have issues, and since we own a older house, issues come up frequently. His prices are very reasonable too.

We called him to help with installing our water softener drain lines, there so perfectly straight and work like a dream! Also he stopped a sewer smell in my kitchen, and noticed our kids bathroom tub was leaking so fixed that to, at a reasonable price, on the weekend! I would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!

My sink busted and started flooding my kitchen, one call and he was there. With in minutes he was there and knew what to do. Had it fixed same day so I could return to my daily life.

He was very professional, Cleaner than any I've seen, even how he cleans as he goes. But what I liked most is what we didn't get done, he told how system works, and what he recommended!

My brother had a stopped up drain, other company's wanted $35 - $89 just to come out and then $500+ to pull the toilet and attempt to clear the drain..
