1. Dont waste your money people. Not only are the apartments in terrible shape, when something isnt the way it should be...the people in the office and the people running the place (ORELOFF PROPERTIES, LLC) will be more than happy to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help you. You could try to go ahead and try to speak with their supervisor, Mr. Cliff Oreloff himself....if you want to wait to be reached by email since he lives in California!! They could care less if someone breaks into your home or car. They have ONE, only ONE maintenance man on site to take care of EVERY apartment on the property. The ONE laundry facility they have on site...most of the machines are broken or do not work properly. You can completely FORGET about getting any kind of deposit back when you move either. They will charge you $200 bucks for what they call "Painting & Decorating" but you will clearly see when you move in that they in no way "decorate" anything. The only people on the property are people that barely speak english and could care less to help you. If you call the property management place (ORELOFF PROPERTIES, LLC) and speak with people such as Selena Fritt, her supervisor (which just so happens to be her husband!! How objective, huh) they are extremely rude, unprofessional and have no interest in hearing or helping to do the right thing. So, dont waste your money people!!!! They will do you wrong and rip you off. There are so much better places elsewhere!!
