Tried to call in an order. Was asked 3 times if I wanted to add certain things. The first time I said no but she continued. She had a hard time understanding English and I had a hard time understanding her. Had to order a large instead of a medium because you can’t get thin crust on any other size. Ridiculous. Gave my card number multiple times. She kept interrupting and had to start over. Then she said there was a problem with card. We will just go somewhere else. Oh. I had tried to order online. - build our own pizza and there was no way to add toppings. That’s why I called. Never using papa johns again.p

I witnessed the owner picking his nose on the job

Tonight, rather than wait for delivery, I picked up my family's pizzas. While paying the bill, I witnessed the franchise owner picking his nose. And it wasn't just an "itch." His finger was in his nostril. I thought that surely he would immediately wash his hands, but he did not. HE PICKED IT AGAIN! I thought NOW he will was his hands. But no, he was meandering around the store. So, I called him out on it, and suggested he immediately wash his hands. The man showed not the least sign of remorse. In fact, he was defiant. He told me that his store doesn't need my business. I wonder what made him think that I'd be back after witnessing such a disgusting disregard for the health of others. I wonder what other hygiene practices he disregards?
