Poor customer service. I only go to this one if I don't have time to travel to another. Poor selection of clothes- hardly anything name brand like Nike. Plus, they give you $.50/ item. I usually don't sell to this store due to customer service and poor resell value. If you want better options, try the Crawfordsville location. If you want the best cust. service try Bedford blvd. They have had several different managers over the yrs. How is this place still open?

I live near here and have shopped at this store for 4 years now. I love the people, the fair prices and their respectful service. I have never had to wait more than an hour for them to look at my stuff, unlike my recent unhappy visit to the carmel location. They are always well staffed and workin hard! Nice job! Well done!

Not only do I agree with the unfriendly remarks, but the staff person that reviewed my items seemed to have had a condescending attitude. I had called ahead of time and was encouraged to come in. I sensed something wrong when I walked in and one staff gave another staff a look. The person that the look was given to is the one that took my items to review. While I was browsing, the reviewer came to me and said they could not take my clothes. I had explained to her I had called ahead of time. She then replied (a lie) stating the clothing were all stained. This could not have been further from the fruth. I sent a letter/email to the owner, operations dept and parent company about my experience and stating how my first experience at an attempt to sell infant clothings items could have been made better. I received an email over a month ago stating that my email will be sent to the Field Operations Manager overseeing this Once Upon A Child store for further review and follow-up. I have no idea if there was any kind of follow-up as no one has contacted me.

Shop is too crowded. Must borrow a key to even go to the bathroom! I took in a large basket of good clothes and they turned it all down! They really didn't look at the stuff very well and gave me lame excuses. Considering that a couple days before I visited the Carmel store with the same kind of items and sold $70 worth. They totally wasted my time and I will never step foot in their store again. Good luck potental sellers.
