During the three year period in which this facilty cared for my loved one, she sustained two leg fractures as a result of inadequate and inappropriate care. I routinely noticed inadequate and inept staffing and administration that was incapable and lackadaisical about dealing with major and prevalent quality/continuity issues. I would, if I could do it all over again, never have place my loved one in the care of this facility. Please do not be misguided when you believe that a privately run facility will operate and provide better care for your loved one. THIS FACILITY DOES NOT!
