if you dont make a payment of course they harass you! it is their job to do so and it is your resposibilty to pay your payment!!! so actually it is your fault that your family gets harassed.... what else do you expect???? one of my family members works there and she has a family of her own to support so keep not making your payments so she can call and harass you and your family!!!! thanks!

They'll get you approved - no problem. If you're late, they call you names, harass family members and conduct themselves in a highly unprofessional manner. They're on commission - if they collect a payment, they get a paycheck.
