Provided by YPmobileCustomer service was outstanding. It's a smaller store so they can't stock every shoe new balance has but they can order a certain shoe size/color you are looking for which I did. If they're helping another customer they still ask what they can help you with and help you find what you need. I had a better customer experience than what I normally receive at Finish Line or Dick's sporting goods.
