The role of Balkamp is to take NAPA Auto Parts Store to new markets and provide the necessary support to enable the store to gain market share. The company adds value through packaging, order quantities, catalogs, sales, pricing, service, promotions, warranties and a product mix that includes hard parts, tools and equipment, accessories, service items, performance and SUV accessories and chemicals. The Automotive Redistribution Center and the Alliance Supply Group are also a part of Balkamp. Founded in 1936, Balkamp maintains facilities in Indianapolis.
