My doctors have been wonderful and I trust them after bad experience at another ortho place. I have spinal injuries and fibromyalgia. Dr. Lee is the best at what he does in my opinion and Dr. Cole is very caring. I have been with them since 2007 and dont want to change doctors, However the office staff has changed over the years as the practice has grown. They really booked all kinds of test and PT appts which they have mixed up or not put into there computers. ( I save my appt cards and have had to show them to prove I have an appt ) (not like I enjoy PT anyway ) They have screwed up with my insurance (which I had to handle on my own.) and referals that were not faxed or mixed up by office staff also. They were less than helpful fixing these errors. They have repeatedly made me feel like a bother rather than a patient they are supposed to care for. I was even lectured for being late after being stuck in holiday traffic jam. I was trying to make all the appointments for test and PT they booked me up on through end of year since my insurance has agreed to pay everything for this year.. (money, money) I feel when you call or approach staff they should at least be friendly and helpful I am not just a patient but also a paying Customer!

The administration refused to bill my health care insurer because " if we bill your health insurer we have to accept what they pay based on a contracted price, but your auto insurance will pay whatever we ask". If you object, then they refuse to continue treating you even thought they have been billing your health insurer on the same injury for 2 months. So it's Pay Through The Nose Our Way or Continue to Suffer in Pain, We Don't Care. Administration chooses to ignore your calls all the way up to the CEO! Rather than professionally discuss the matter they choose to stonewall the patient. Some of the Dr's and Caregivers are the best. BEWARE OF A PRACTICE WHERE GREED COMES FIRST. Dr Hardin is a wonderful doctor! He has explained things so that I understand what is going on with my knee and he makes sure that I am completely comfortable with everything he does. He has not pushed me to do anything that I am not ready for and he has been very understanding. I wish that there were more doctors like Dr. Hardin!
