Our pipes were backing up and we believed we had a large clog in a pipe. We called Mr. Rooter and set an appointment. They called about an hour before the appointment block to say it would be closer to the end of the block of time. When they arrived they covered their shoes when walking through the house (even though I told them they didn't have to). I appreciated their courtesy. They took a look at our pipes and informed us it wasn't a plumping problem. We had water in all of our pipes which meant it was an issue with our septic tank. They charged us NOTHING!!! We live in the country and it typically costs $50-100 just to find out what our problem is and how much it'll cost to fix it. Not with Mr. Rooter! They were friendly and respectful. I greatly appreciated their honesty. I would gladly call them again.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable. Travis contacted us immediately on our plumbing problem. He was conscientious and stayed with the job until complete. The service was great. Fixed the problem and did a great job. Reliable employees. Would definitely use his company again and also highly recommend them to our friends.

Awesome quick plumbers. They do the job 100% before they leave. I can rest safely knowing that my plumbing system is right.

Horrible customer service. I will never use them again. Had an appointment for between 2-4. Called & said running late, would be 4-6. Called again @ 6 and said it would be AT LEAST another 2 hours. So I suggested the next day. Gave me an appointment time of 8-10. Don't you think that you would be there right at 8 given the previous day's service? Showed up @ 0845. At 0930, the plumber stated that he didn't have the equipment needed to fix my problem and someone else would need to be called in. That someone wasn't available until 2-4p! Arrived at 3:45. At 5pm, stated that he might need a different piece of equipment that he didn't have on his truck!! At 5:40p, he stated that he was done and left. There was still mud & water on my basement floor that I had to clean up. And the bill was $210 more than originally quoted. I sure hope they actually fixed the problem!!
