Shannon was right on time - explained my different options and other issues that were possible to arise in the toilet replacement process. Very personable. Got the materials right away and did the work just as he said he would. I feel like my experience was just as it should have been.

Way over priced. est over $800 to replace a shower/tub valve. Had to learn the hard way and still throw away $79 for him to come out for 15 minutes. Obviously we said no thanks. Be smarter than me and do more research before you call a plumber to come out and give you an estimate. What a rip off! I feel so stupid....

I would NOT recommend this company. their pricing is ridiculous. It's understandable that they have to pay the ads for the publicity, and cost eventually comes down to consumers. Beyond that they were not honest when they said it's $ 79 for the service. Turns out $ 79 will only cover inspection (like 5 minutes), but you have to order the service to have the fee waived. At least Mr. Rooter gives you free inspection. And the service guy pushed for a chemical that he said can only be available through contractors. But i got online and found out i can order it directly from the vendor. Not much difference in pricing, but still not honest.



I am grading Mr. Plummer based on the service quality since i have no comparison. But if i have to call a plumber next time, I will try the companies on yellowpages with no tv ads or mailer ads. And I doubt these plumbers would do a less satisfactory job.

Ridiculous Pricing.... save yourself the time and effort and call PowerHouse Plumbers LLC. I had Mr Plumber come to the house last week and quote a repair that was relatively straightforward. The total was well over $1000, or you could join thier stupid "program" for $100 and save $30. Not to mention you get charged a "Service Fee" that you have to pay just for an estimate. Called PowerHouse, the tech arrived and did the work the same day for $400. Skip Mr Plumbers unless you want to pay for all the advertising they do.

Terrible experience. I had Mr. Plumber come out for a quote and to hopefully fix the issue. After receiving an EXORBITANTLY high quote, I politely asked the representative to leave. I can’t say for sure, they may be good at what they do, the there is no way to justify the price I received. For just the quote, THE QUOTE, I was charged a $79 “service fee” for having them come out. I could have applied the $79 toward the repair, but their quote was four times as much as I ended up paying to get the work completed. Thankfully, I decided to cut my losses and lose my $79 rather than MUCH more by having Mr. Plumber perform the work. Needless to say, I am not pleased and posting this for other consumers who are in need of a plumber. There are several reputable businesses/plumbers in the area who do not charge a “service fee” to come out, give you a quote and let you know how they will fix your problem. Do your research and save yourself $79 at least, if not MUCH MUCH more.

Very prompt and knowledgable service department. Neat and clean personnel. Used this company for 18 years for servicing my furnace and plumbing needs. Installed new furnace let year and would not have a problem recommending them to friends and family.

The Serviceman was Helpful, Professional and able to answer all of my questions. I would use Metzler's Mr Plumber agian in the future.

Metzler's Mr. Plumber is punctual, professional and thorough. Specifically, Jason has helped us with some major plumbing issues this year and he has always treated our home as if it were his own. I highly recommend Metzler's and if you get a chance to request a plumber, Jason is top notch!

They are really good and really respectful of their customers homes. They are quick to come when called and on time with their calls which is a plus with a busy schedule

Metzler's Mr. Plumber is very knowledgable and will make sure that any and all questions you have are answered. If something does need replaced or repaired, they will provide you with estimates. I feel that they are very honest and that they want to make sure that the job is done right, whether it's for your plumbing or heating and cooling needs.

Williams Comfort Air responded promptly to a water heater problem I was having. Steve was knowledgeable and explained my options in repairing it. He was very thorough in his exam of the heater. I recommend them to anyone!

I would recommened this place because they are very honest with their pricing and the gentle man who helped us, named Travis, was very polite and very nice.

I am new to the area and did not know a plumber so called Metzler's since I had a coupon...........It was so nice to have a plumber show up when they said they would, and call a half hour before to say they were on their way. They figured out the problem and I was able to use my free service call coupon. No problem. I recommend them.

We recently had major plumbing problems. We called Mr. Plumber and their serviceman was prompt and professional. He made sure we understood what needed to be done and why. He also provided a clear timeline for the work to be done. He was trustworthy and personable. Mr. Plumber made this problem as pleasant as any plumbing probelm can be.

Metzler's Mr. Plumber installed a Freije Easywater in our home. The technician was professional, courteous and very informative. We will definitely call Mr. Plumber if we have a plumbing need. We've already recommended them to a neighbor who needed a new sump pump and she also loves them!

Mwrzler's Mr. Plumber's technician, Carl, did a great job inspecting my home for potential plumbing problems. I will continue my service agreement with this company. They do a great job.

Prompt, friendly and excellent service

I was so impressed by the respect and efficiency of the gentlemen from Metzer's Mr. Plumber. I had a two month old son at the time of service and was pretty much stranded on my couch. The servicemen were willing to discuss my plumbing problems from my couch...I didn't even have to get up to sign the invoice! Best of all...my baby didn't even wake up!



Our plumbing issue was fixed perfectly at an excellent and competitive price.



I've recommended them to all my friends (especially the new Moms)!
