We had a recent flooding of our basement. We thought it was minimal water that came in. After having another company come to tell us the carpet could be dried out and there was no other problems, we called Moore for a 2nd opinion. They were awesome and found where water had actually gone into other rooms that were never checked. The technicians that came had the entire basement cleaned out, carpet pulled up and started the drying process the same day. Because of their fast response and actions we had minimal loss of our personal belonging that had gotten wet. They were working derd to work with and very professional. I would recommend them any time. Dianna

They are ripoff artist at their finest. Would not recommend using them for anything not even to take the trash out
