Had great experience with this company. Tim worked with us to get the job done and at a very reasonable price. He did other necessary repairs needed to do the job when the 'big' garage door companies refused to do so. I would recommend Miracle garage doors to anyone wanting good service.

It will take a miracle for them to:



1) live up to their 24-hour service claim



and 2) show up on time.



We called in for emergency service on a Sunday afternoon around 1:30pm for a broken garage door spring (coil) and got a very polite and prompt response -no complain there. The guy told us he would show up between 3pm and 4pm the same day and it would be a flat $170 service and parts charge. He said, and we quote: "if I can't fix it, I will not charge you". It all sounded great at that point.



At 4:36pm the guy calls to tell us he's not going to make it because he needs to go to church...sure, God comes first for many people including us, so we are not going to fret much about that. I do, however, take exception in that this business claims to be a 24-hour service. If that is not entirely true, then I would expect Miracle Garage Doors to provide customers with a disclaimer explaining circumstances where they will not service you. At the least I expected another service staff to take over and show up at a later time. That is what a true 24-hour service business is.



Later in the conversation he asked for more details on what is broken and we tell him nothing has changed, a spring is broken and we can't get our cars out. The guy tells us then that it would be wise to replace both springs, which we agreed, I rather get both replaced than to have to deal with another broken spring a couple of months, weeks or days. The price went up to $250 at that point...I guess he meant that the second spring would cost us an extra $80. We will never know because he would not explain the pricing logic when asked...



So as he excused himself from not showing up, he then tells us he will come in the next day between 8am and 8:30am.



The next day comes and its already past 9am. This guy hasn't shown up or called. The situation is starting to get old so we call other garage door services and they told us they can come in the afternoon and that replacing both springs would cost us $180 including labor. We call this "miracle" guy to see what's going on. He said he was running late (no kidding, tell me something I don't know). We give him one last chance to redeem himself by letting him know someone else offered to do complete the job for $180 and if he could match that or come down on the price we will still use him...



"miracle" guy's his response...."have someone else do it".



Obviously this person did not want our business and wasted our time. Do not let Miracle Garage Doors waste your time. Punctuality and Communication with this business seems to be a problem. You should err on caution and make sure you do not have a true emergency if you decide to use them them.
