I have had several oil changes, new tires, and a couple other minor repairs done over about 1-1/2 years. Good work, customer service, and timely.

I was traveling from Chicago to Dayton, Ohio to visit when I caught a flat tire on Interstate 70 in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. It was 5:00 AM in the morning, I was driving a BMW series (6) that does not come with a spare and was literally stuck. Upon Google searching, this was the location closest that was open the earliest. I've never been a huge fan of Midas in the past but after this last experience I must give credit where due. Fred Wagner, arrived at the shop early (before the 7AM) opening and actually answered the phone when I called at 6:45AM. Long story short, the size and type of wheel that I have on my tire was not available within a 40 mile radius. Fred sent his employee so that I would not have to wait for an afternoon delivery to retrieve it. I was warmly greeted and taken care of when entering his shop in my PJ's :) Thank you so much for excellent service and sensitivity to my situation. If I lived in Indy, I would certainly come back!
