Awesome experience, the owner was very nice. Had a hard time finding the suite, the owner actually came outside to get me (in the rain), owner made the transaction a pleasant one, and went above and beyond to ensure a received a fair price. I also love the look of the store, vintage style. Would definitely do business again here.

After reading the Reviews, I called Michael's. I had the pleasure of meeting Michael. I intended to sell some jewelry, misc gold, some with diamonds. Michael spent so much time explaining why it would NOT be in my best interest to sell to him . What a CLASSY MAN!!!

The owner of this store took the time to explain to me how they price and buy scrap gold from you. I had an old class ring, I called other scrap buyers, I had taken it in to Reisse Nichols and they did not explain anything to me, they also quoted a much lower price and they would not quote me over the phone, I had to physically give them the ring. I did get a phone quoted estimate from Michael's Jewelry over the phone, I got a much better price than Nichols was trying to give me. I also got a price from Andrew's Jewelers, Michael's beat Andrew's price as well. And, I did not even tell Michael's what the others were quoting. Michael's treated me fairly, explained things clearly and did not try and rip me off or play gimmick games like we will give you an additional 20 percent plus 20 percent in store credit. If they can give 20 percent more and an additional 20 percent in store credit, then they were ripping you off to start with! The 20 percent plus additional 20 percent was a gimmick that Andrews was running at the time I sold my ring.

Hello I have never liked to write reviews for anything but in this case I just had to come and give my 2cents if you will. A while back around this time last x mas I was looking on the internet for a place to sell my great grand mothers jewelry all 950 silver mind you. And I happen to stumble upon Michaels jewelry I jotted down the add went in, I really did not want to sell my gramys jewelry but at the time I had no job it was x mas and I have 4kids along with my 3sisters kids which I have full custody of long story...anyway I ended up selling my jewelry here its a great place very clean , neat organized he's very nice, honest man, he did not try to cheat me out of the value of my gramys silver like the other places I went to... in fact he ended up helping me come up with just the right amount to make 7kids x mas a nice one. He will never know how happy he made 7kids. For ever grateful to you sir. I truly highly recommend Michaels jewelry.
