I had to change carriers becau...

I had to change carriers because they refused to fix my phone - one that I was paying into the insurance plan. They had me on the phone for 2.5 hours, tossing me from one rep to another and finally I was able to ask the right questions to find out that I was never going to get that phone fixed. And of course, this is because I was going month to month, they wanted me to sign another 2 year contract so that they can have me for another 2 years. So I had to change carriers and once I did, they now charging me for two months worth of billings. One month because they bill in the rears - which is baloney and they refuse to send me proof of such, and the second one because I went a week into the new billing cycle and they said that gives them the right to bill for the entire month.... Be warned. They may be cheaper with the monthly charges but they will get your money somehow. I used to be with Verizon (which was awesome) and I am now with AT&T and so far, I have no issues with AT&T. (Course I just started with them - so we will see) But do yourself a favor and stay away from T-Mobile!
