Pathetic help. Do not waste your time. If you want the Doctors who are PAID to practice Western Medicine to refer you to unorthodox mind over matter healers or a Chiropractor then this is the place for you! If you are REALLY in pain and NOT a typical drug abuser, don't go here because apparently the Medical Doctor has no authority to write a prescription. (Or was he lying??). If you want to hear about the Doctor and his family's medical history & problems versus getting what you are paying for then go here! This is NOT the first time I have gone through this at this Medcheck. I call just now to speak to a Manager. Yes, I am still suffering but basically wanted to complain about being referred to a practice where the Doctors wife works vs being treated by him! That was what I paid for right? Instead the African American girl at the front desk wanted to have a chat/snicker goodbye session while I was trying to tell her what happened. When I said, Excuse me....are you being unprofessional as well and speaking to your co-worker while a patient is talking to you? I was promptly put on hold for 10 min so she cd continue her conversation. I left my cell no. I explained there was no need in wasting my time on her. She agreed and rudely hung up. Wow???? This is who you employ Medcheck? You are setting yourself up for a law suit!
