I ordered some pallet racking from Material Handling Exchange and had a great experience. Chris was very knowledgeable about the product and took time to make sure I understood what I was buying and how it worked. I received the product in the promised time frame and the used material I bought came in looking good. I would definitely do business there again.

This has to been the best company to do business with, I sold them used racking and purchased new racking. I would have to say it was the easiest business transaction I've made in the past 20 years. The proposal for the used racking was exceptional, there crew was excellent in removing the old racking in one facility. Then purchasing the new racking was excellent, I considered myself very knowledgeable in pallet racking until I had the pleasure of dealing with my sells rep, the extensive knowledge of the rep instilled a comfort level in me that I had never received in the years past. Then to top it off they installed the new racking in record time and left no mess behind. If you are looking for an excellent product, with a unbelievable price, and have limited knowledge with pallet racking then Material Handling in my opinion is the only place you should call. Trust me I’ve been around pallet racking for 20 years and have seen product and proposals from other companies and there is no question in my mind that Material Handling is far superior then their competition.

I have been in the tool and pipe industry for over 25 years and recently I was lucky enough to expand my business and build another warehouse at a new location. I searched online for possible pallet racking suppliers that could handle a large volume of pallet racking and a few other misc. products that i was needing for the new location. After narrowing down my search, I did not hear back from several of the companies that i sent my request to. Material Handling exchange was very promt on the response and and a sales assistant had given me a call about 4 hours after my request to confirm everything that i was looking for! This was on a Monday afternoon and i had a call from one of their sales reps by Tuesday morning. The sales consultant confirmed the information that i gave to their assistant and made sure that the quantities had not changed or any information was not lost in communication, this was very impressive to me. The sales consultant sent a quote for the pallet racking that i was looking for the same day i spoke to him. The quote included pictures of my material that i was getting and when the material showed up to my my building it matched the pictures they sent over. I have to admit that the building process of my warehouse took a little longer than i had expected, but Material Handling Exchange kept regular contact with me touching base through the whole process. I finally was ready for the pallet racking for my building and by then I already new 100% who I was going to give my order to. They had the material in stock so it was shipped within a week of them reciving my payment and I could even track my shippment the whole way with the tracking information. Once the pallet racking showed up it looked great. I have already been putting the shelves to use and I could not be happier with my choice. Material Handling Exchange will continue to earn my business for years to come!!

Do not buy from MHE !! Very strong on upfront sales, but they avoid and do not call back after the sale. I personally called for the VP of Sales, Ken Wright many times and was always told that he was not in. Many times I called back with an alias and he answered the phone immediately. I regret doing more than $150k of business with MHE!!

Poor Service. Bait and switch. Avoid this company.
