I wish I could give “0” stars!! I had an appointment with Dr. Ogle on October 4th, but I unintentionally missed the appointment due to me taking care of my son who was ill at the time and also special needs. When I realized the mishap, I called and apologized to the receptionist and asked to get rescheduled. I was informed that he said I cannot reschedule and I’m permanently unable to see him. Life happens and mishaps occur. To think that this is a Doctor that specializes in mental health and is turning a patient away in need of therapy for an honest mistake, is appalling!!! Maybe not being able to see this particular doctor is a blessing in disguise.
