I LOVE THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE STAFF.I LIKE THE LOCATION OF THE COMPLEX ALSO.3 MONTHS IN SO FAR SO GOOD

I have had on going issues with the staff for months. On 1/24/17 I came into the office and requested a copy of all maintenance request pink slips because I wasn't getting them and I was putting in several requests for the same issues and showed the property mgr the receipts that I did have and how it was an ongoing trend.. 1/26/17 I came back to the office to see if those records were available for me to pick and was told to allow 48hrs. That Monday 1/30\17 I came back to see if they were ready and they still weren't and requested to speak with the property mgr who told me that those records were maintained by the maintenance supervisor Josh, who was then called by Wallis talkie to come to the office. When he arrived he told me that someone from corporate is supposed to organize that stuff and had been months since the girl from corporate did that. I then advised the maintenance supervisor of my issue of reporting the same request and it not being resolved and let him know that he should be following up on that and he told me that I can't tell him how to do his job and we got into a heated argument in front of the whole office staff including other residents..

This is just a small piece of my complaint with these apartments. my complaint is for pages long typed.i hope someone from corporate reads this and seriously considers calling me. I'm in the process of sending it to RTV6/ Rafael Sanchez so I can get some help. I also have videos and phone recordings if you are interested

Drug dealers, roaches, and an unhelpful staff. Other inhabitants are of the lowest caliber. Although renovations are underway, DON'T BE FOOLED. This place is forever doomed. Holes in the ceiling that won't be fixed, cracks down the walls, and communal areas that are NEVER vacuumed, swept, etc... In the first few months of living there, 2 cars (on different occurrences) were smashed-up right outside my building. Please.... Don't live here if you value your own life

ONE STAR IS TOO MANY!!!

The management is a joke, the place is filthy, and every single thing about it is awful. The parking lot is poorly lit and FULL of potholes, it's a real mess. We have roaches and bedbugs, spent months of complaining and they sent someone out to spray ... ONCE. I eventually managed to get rid of the bed bugs on my own, but can't seem to shake the roaches. We spent an entire summer without air conditioning, we spent half a winter without heat. No matter ho many times you ask for maintenance, it will take months for repairs, IF AT ALL. Their mowers busted out my window with a big metal rod, and they left shattered glass and a board over the window (unattached, just sitting in the window hole) for WELL OVER A WEEK. They only replaced it after I went into the office and yelled at them because I had a toddler in my home!! They don't even fix things IF they show up, they just paint over it at best. The tub and shower is PAINTED and flaking off and gross, they noted this a YEAR AGO and said they would "touch it up" ... NEVER HAPPENED. My apartment flooded because the upstairs kids shoved toys in the toilet, and maintenance let my apartment rain toilet water for DAYS before they did anything. HERE'S the kicker: when they came to "clean up" the mess, there were ACTUAL MUSHROOMS growing on my wall! Did they clean it? NO OF COURSE NOT! THEY SPRAY PAINTED OVER THEM. I moved into a different unit, on the top floor, and my apartment started leaking there too. I have been telling them for over a year about this, and finally a few days ago, after 2 days of nonstop dripping all over the apartment, THE CEILING COLLAPSED! Almost a week later, THEY STILL HAVEN'T FIXED IT. THEY HAVEN'T GIVEN ME A NEW APARTMENT. The ceiling and rafters are COMPLETELY COVERED IN MOLD! IT SMELLS AWFUL AND THEY DIDN'T ANSWER OR EVEN CALL BACK FROM THE EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE LINE WHEN THE CEILING CAME DOWN! WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN! STAY AWAY FOR YOUR HEALTH AND SANITY! WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO LIVE HERE!

Do not choose to live here unless you enjoy the company of reaches. The property is Never maintained. Hallways are never cleaned. They cannot keep a manager or a maintenance staff. You have to dodge pot holes, glass, etc to avoid tearing up you vehicle. Maintenance never fixes anything, they just rig it up because they never have any parts, are lazy or flat out don't have a maintence staff. The dumpster areas are a board of health issue in themselves. Reaches come up out of your tub drain, the boiler systems, cracks, crevices, etc. They will not work with you on anything. If anything new ever had to be placed in the unit your about to rent, they charge you extra a month, basically pass the expense onto the new renter. Sad thing is Kevin who operates this awful place was granted 12 million dollars to clean up the place and renovate, its middle 2024 and its gone down not up. Not a child friendly place to live. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!@ I don't even want to give this a one star but it makes me, this is a zero star!!@@@@
