So far it's been an experience, to say the least. They tell the doctors that they are capable of taking care of people with special needs, but that is only to get the beds filled. Once there the staff is nice to family, but completely clueless. They over drug the patients and when someone gets out of control they ship them off to the wrong hospital (3 times now). Sadly I may have to put Dad back there until another place decides to take him.

Most of the nursing staff was dedicated. CNA's were iffy. Their accounting local people were good but OMG, corporate accounting was messed up. We got bills that we didn't owe for over a year after he died.

I had a night shift nurse call me and said he wasn't breathing well. My first question to her was: Did you call 911? She hadn't. I was livid that she wasted time calling me first even though it was policy to call 911 immediately.
