You can't do anything without the manager who's never there!!! I signed up for the VIP package and didn't get my bag of free sample lotions and goggles for at least 2 weeks because I was never able to make it in when a manager was there (since I have a full time job). Now that they've double charged my account for the second time I am trying to cancel my package but of course I can't do that unless theres a manager there. Everytime I try to call the manager is never there!! They said she'd be in Monday, its monday-I call and they say she won't be in until Thursday!!! If you need the manager to do everything then she ought to be there more than just once a week!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Besides all of the above...the rooms are not well lit, they don't have mirrors, no radios or even fans in any of the rooms. Some of the beds don't even have fans!!!
